The Difference
The philosophy is simple. We start with the highest quality materials throughout the complete log package. Combine quality workmanship to create log home that is elegant and timeless. We back that philosophy with a lifetime warranty.

Each home is custom designed by starting with a design from our log home floor plan. We then use your individual feedback to create the log home blueprint that meets your personal requirements.

Quality log home kit materials include fully kiln dried logs that have been properly dried, graded and evaluated. Only the strongest and the straightest logs are used in construction.

A great selection of log sizes, log styles, log finishes, and corner profiles equates to over 75 different log combinations allowing individualized choices for your home.
In 2007 Strongwood completed its first ENERGY STAR qualified home. This qualification required very few changes in construction enforcing the long term importance of combining quality logs with superior craftsmanship. Our construction practices also follow green guidelines. Every project is managed to be as environmentally responsible and energy efficient as possible.

We believe in simple maintenance. A Strongwood home is designed and crafted to need minimal maintenance compared to other log home manufactures. A Strongwood log home requires NO exterior caulking, chinking, adjusting, patching, painting or priming.

The Strongwood dealership network constructs 55-75 homes a year in North America and Europe. Projects vary from a residential cabin in the remote to a large commercial building along the lake. Each project is managed with focus on customer service and quality construction from the initial planning stage to completion.

A majority of projects are completed as a turn key units, however Strongwood does provide log homes kits for those individuals who wish to construct their own log home.
